"Gamer" refers to any member creating and managing game listings. "User" or "Member" refers to any individual accessing the Platform. The Platform serves as a game discovery and administrative synchronization tool; we do not own or operate the games listed unless explicitly stated.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Members must ensure that all game data, including category and description, is accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that fails to meet our operational integrity standards or contains misleading information.

All content on Daily Game Rewards, including logos, code, and text, is the property of RedmondSoft or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their game content but grant Daily Game Rewardsa non-exclusive license to display, modify, and promote such content within the Platform's ecosystem.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand identifiers referenced or displayed on this platform are the exclusive property of their respective owners. The presence of any third-party trademark on Daily Game Rewards does not constitute, imply, or suggest any form of affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship between Daily Game Rewards and the trademark owner. All third-party brand references are used solely for informational and identification purposes. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of third-party trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action by the respective trademark holders.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. We recommend periodic review of this Governance Hub.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RedmondSoft is incorporated. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of said jurisdiction.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Daily Game Rewards regarding your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other members or our business interests.
